OVERVIEW: Amazon operates based on four key principles: a focus on customer obsession rather than competing with others, a passion for innovation, a commitment to operational excellence, and long-term thinking. We are motivated by the excitement of developing new technologies, inventing products, and offering services that positively impact lives.
