About the Job
Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers seeks a Paid Social Media Manager to oversee the setup and execution of paid social campaigns, from large-scale national activations to hyper-local events. This role involves audience research, geo-targeting, campaign configuration, implementation, monitoring, real-time updates, and reporting.
Responsibilities include managing daily and event-based paid social campaigns and boosts across various platforms (including Brand, Owner, and Mascot channels), supporting local teams with targeted campaigns, managing multiple campaigns concurrently, innovating to enhance performance, providing real-time campaign updates and reports, monitoring social media trends (especially TikTok), participating in brainstorms, and researching potential partners.
ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns with measurable results, knowledge of current trends and best practices, proven experience managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and X, proficiency in ad campaign setup and management, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, strong copywriting skills, and the ability to work a non-traditional schedule.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field is required.
