  • What You’ll Do

    • Lead a team of consultative, solution-driven Mid-Market software sales professionals to achieve ARR targets through both new customer acquisitions and expansion deals.
    • Oversee and report on your book of business, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline management.
    • Actively participate in recruiting and hiring new team members.
    • Coach and mentor Mid-Market account executives to support career growth.
    • Enhance and refine the sales playbook to enable sellers to conduct high-velocity, consultative sales engagements effectively.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop efficient sales processes and solutions tailored to Harvey’s clients’ needs.

    What You Bring

    • 7+ years of experience in tech sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing and coaching a high-performing sales team.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, early-stage environment.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
    • A proven ability to sell sophisticated software solutions to enterprise clients, leveraging a consultative, solutions-focused, and value-based sales approach.
    • A deep passion for Harvey’s mission, along with a strong understanding of AI and its applications in knowledge-based work, particularly in the legal sector.
    • A commitment to mentoring account executives, shaping sales processes, fostering a team-oriented sales culture, refining value propositions, and creating sales resources to drive success.
