Position Summary

As a Senior Manager I, Product Management, you will play a key role in shaping and executing product strategies that drive business success. This position requires a deep understanding of technical product specifications, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a focus on customer satisfaction. The Senior Manager I, Product Management will work closely with engineering, architecture, and design teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance platform capabilities. What You’ll Do

Driving Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and implement a product strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Utilize market research, competitive analysis, and emerging technology trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap to support long-term growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with engineering, architecture, UX design, and program management teams.
  • Align stakeholders by effectively communicating product vision, priorities, and milestones.
  • Develop business cases to support investment decisions and secure leadership buy-in.

Product Development & Implementation

  • Define technical product specifications using artifacts such as system flows and product requirement documents.
  • Support implementation efforts by providing guidance and resolving scope trade-offs.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and validate product effectiveness.

Customer-Centric Innovation

  • Conduct research to understand customer needs and expectations.
  • Map customer journeys and identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to drive continuous product enhancements.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Define and monitor key product performance metrics.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making to improve platform usability and efficiency.
  • Regularly report on product success to key stakeholders.

Key Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in product management OR Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Expertise in defining product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Strong experience with product backlog management and execution.
  • Ability to analyze product data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  • Experience developing training materials and supporting user adoption.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and emerging digital technologies.
