Key Responsibilities of Principal, Product Manager
Data-Driven Product Decisions
- Utilize product analytics, data analysis tools, and market trends to shape product strategy.
- Conduct research and apply data insights to enhance product lifecycle and customer experience.
- Monitor product performance and implement exploratory data analysis techniques.
Customer-Centric Product Strategy
- Identify and address customer pain points through research, journey mapping, and process optimization.

Product Roadmap & Development
- Own and develop complex product roadmaps aligned with business goals.

Product Vision & Strategy Execution

Locations & Salary Range
- San Bruno, CA: $143,000 – $286,000
- Bentonville, AR: $110,000 – $220,000
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field + 9 years’ experience in product management OR 11 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: Master’s degree + experience in B2B/B2C product development, digital accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), and strategic roadmap execution.
