  • Sales Expertise:

    • Sell complex managed services, full IT outsourcing solutions, application services, and industry-specific solutions, including:
      • Regulatory compliance solutions
      • Digital and mobile solutions
      • Transformational services
      • Application management and support
    • Proven track record in a sales hunter role, with the ability to acquire new logos and expand market presence.
      • Successfully sell into large national Healthcare Provider accounts, demonstrating consistent deal closures.
    • Industry Knowledge & Strategy:

      • Deep understanding of IT managed and professional services, with the ability to clearly communicate value propositions to clients.
      • Passion for improving healthcare and patient outcomes, recognized as an industry expert in Healthcare Provider service solutions.
          • Strategic agility to engage and influence C-level executives within client organizations.
          • Design and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales quotas.
        • Business & Market Insight:

          • Assess sales opportunities and develop compelling value propositions for clients.
          • Apply a deep understanding of business operations, financials, service offerings, and market challenges within assigned accounts.
          • Anticipate and respond to market trends and competitive dynamics to effectively position NTT DATA’s services.
          • Drive exponential sales growth by implementing innovative service sales strategies.
        • Performance & Communication:

          • Demonstrated success in achieving and/or exceeding annual quotas of $8 million in revenue and $16 million in Total Contract Value (TCV).
          • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present effectively to boardroom-level executives.
          • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time to meet business needs.

        Basic Qualifications:

        • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
        • Experience:
          • Minimum of 12 years in IT services and/or professional services sales.
          • At least 5 years of experience selling into Healthcare Provider clients.
