Hotel Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a Hotel HR Manager or a Hotel Operations Manager looking to transition into Human Resources. If you are passionate about training, supporting, and developing employees, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs tailored to various teams.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices.
- Oversee new hire orientation and implement employee recognition programs.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Hotel HR or
- 3+ years in Hotel Management (Operations or Housekeeping experience preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
