What You’ll Learn and Accomplish
As a Social Media Content Specialist, you will play a vital role in UL Research Institutes’ continued growth by:
- Content Creation: Develop compelling written, visual, and multimedia content, including infographics, videos, and graphics, that align with brand tone, style, and messaging.
- Visual Design Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to produce visually engaging graphics and images that enhance content impact.
- Content Strategy Development: Contribute to the content strategy and calendar, ensuring a cohesive brand narrative by researching industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity.
- Social Media Management: Manage and update company social media channels with fresh, engaging content using social media management (SMM) tools.
- SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and engagement.
- Social Media Engagement: Create and execute social media content strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth while staying up to date with social media trends.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and social media insights, and use data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, design, and research teams to align content with broader business goals and campaigns.
- Expert-Driven Content: Work closely with subject matter experts to produce accurate and authoritative content.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as needed to support social media and content initiatives.

Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in design, social media marketing, communications, or a related field.
