What Matters Most

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, business, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 5–7 years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in a professional services firm.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
    • Proven expertise in proposal writing and editing is essential.
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
    • Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint or Vision is a plus.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Director to prepare, develop, and track proposals. Your strong interpersonal skills will help you collaborate effectively with the Technical Editor and Graphics Specialist, ensuring well-crafted technical approaches and seamless coordination with subconsultants.

Tech-savvy candidates will excel, as responsibilities include monitoring procurement websites, maintaining and updating the company website and social media, and staying ahead of industry trends. Experience in proposal writing and supporting projects through an RFP/RFQ procurement process will set you apart!
