What You’ll Do:

  • Develop sales strategies with the team to increase market share, including proactive research alongside representatives.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline calls to support opportunity management throughout the sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Coach representatives formally (through interactive sessions) and in the field.
  • Confidently lead in-person and virtual high-value customer meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Maintain a strong field presence to build and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Clearly articulate the value of Intralinks solutions, leveraging the brand, scale, and market position to create a competitive advantage.
  • Effectively manage time to focus on team development and pipeline/revenue growth.
  • Understand key buying personas and discuss relevant business challenges for each.
  • Coach and mentor direct reports to address skill gaps.
  • Contribute to sales strategy development by sharing ideas and suggestions with senior management.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding sales activity metrics and achieving revenue targets.
  • Prior managerial experience is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt and respond effectively to customer interactions, confidently addressing objections by highlighting Intralinks solutions and value.
  • Ability to identify and create a “compelling event” for customers to make a purchase.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and expand existing revenue through effective prospecting, opportunity identification, account management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and drive.
  • Excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills.
