Assessments Coordinator – CST Training (Hybrid)

CST Training seeks an experienced and team-oriented Assessments Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is based at our Dartford Head Office, with the option to work from home up to two days a week. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking for a rewarding career. You will play a vital role in coordinating the numerous training qualifications we deliver annually, requiring an understanding of the challenges faced by the team, company, and industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of NVQ, VRQ, and other assessment-related qualifications.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, assessors, and awarding bodies to maintain course compliance and ensure an excellent user experience.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to support our communications team and assist candidates with bookings, inquiries, and amendments via phone and email.
  • Manage the candidate registration and completion process, including invoicing, account management, stakeholder liaison, and certification issuance.
  • Submit qualification results to awarding bodies.
  • Effectively utilize our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Understand and utilize qualification specifications and online awarding body portals.
  • Continuously develop your understanding of CST Training’s products to improve team communication with customers.

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative/coordinator role.
  • Solid formal qualifications (GCSE or equivalent in English required; qualifications in Administration or Customer Service are desirable).
  • Knowledge of the construction/training sector (desirable).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for collaborating with a hybrid and fully remote team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, punctuality, and self-motivation.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and programs, including databases, CRM (e.g., HubSpot), and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience in quality assurance or a similar role is advantageous; strong attention to detail is essential.

Experience:
