Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- ASA (Level 2) Swimming Teacher Certificate
- Experience in a swim school coordinator or management position
- Proven experience in problem-solving, customer service, and staff management
- Proficiency in using course and booking management software (e.g., On Course/Course Pro)
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Understanding of staff training and development needs, including the ability to identify development opportunities
- Awareness of industry developments, emerging activities, trends, and research
- Commercial acumen, contributing to a successful and financially sound operation
- Commitment to the industry, demonstrated through continuous professional development
