About the Role
We’re seeking a Platform Specialist to join the Global Enterprise Accounts team within our Ad Platforms business. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for analyzing data, optimizing accounts, and delivering strategic recommendations to drive client success. This position requires a mix of analytical expertise, communication skills, and creativity to present compelling insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client meetings and calls, offering data-driven insights to enhance performance and maximize investment.
- Manage and develop key strategic accounts, fostering long-term client relationships through regular in-person and virtual interactions.
- Analyze campaign data and craft compelling stories that translate into actionable recommendations.
- Act as a platform specialist, leveraging tools like Excel to identify opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Measurement teams to provide valuable market insights and drive innovation.
- Design and deliver visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint or Keynote to communicate strategic insights.
- Educate clients on advertising solutions, offering consultative guidance on media, measurement, and creative strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide best-in-class recommendations.
Skills & Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in performance advertising or digital media.
- Strong expertise with self-serve ad platforms (e.g., Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—confident, engaging, and comfortable leading client discussions.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills to extract insights, identify trends, and build data-driven strategies.
- Ability to craft visually compelling presentations in PowerPoint or Keynote, simplifying complex data into clear narratives.
- A strategic thinker who can develop tailored solutions to drive client success and business growth.
- Passion for digital advertising, mobile ecosystems, and evolving ad tech trends.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
