What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and execute high-performing Meta ad campaigns from start to finish.
  • Develop and refine paid media strategies that deliver strong, measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Graphic Designers and Copywriters to create performance-driven ad creatives.
  • Leverage audience data, consumer insights, and ad metrics to optimise campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Keep clients and internal teams informed, ensuring transparency in strategy and performance.
  • Continuously test, tweak, and scale campaigns—there’s no “set and forget” approach here.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging best practices to keep strategies sharp.

You’re the Perfect Fit If:

  • You don’t just run ads—you engineer them. Every click and conversion tells a story, and you know how to interpret the data.
  • You have 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, launching, optimising, and scaling campaigns.
  • You’ve handled $100,000+ per month in ad spend and know how to scale profitably without wasting budget.
  • Numbers drive you, not intimidate you. You understand ad funnels, opt-in rates, conversion metrics, and the link between ad performance and sales outcomes.
  • You have a deep understanding of ad creatives—hooks, angles, and positioning that drive conversions.
  • The psychology of buying is second nature to you. You get offer creation, value stacking, and direct-response strategy.
  • Attention to detail is your superpower—pixel-perfect execution and airtight tracking come naturally.
  • You move fast and adapt quickly to opportunities or necessary adjustments.
  • You take ownership—proactively problem-solving and thinking ahead without waiting for instructions.
  • You bring fresh ideas, continuously testing and optimising to scale campaigns profitably.
  • You’re dedicated to growth, both in improving ad performance and sharpening your skills.
