As a Supervisor at Zizzi, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure we deliver an exceptional customer service experience. You’ll support the front-of-house team in running the restaurant smoothly and maintain high standards to ensure every shift runs like clockwork. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running your shifts like a pro, managing both the front and back of house to ensure the restaurant is operating smoothly
- Leading by example and sharing the Zizzi customer service journey, making sure your team delivers Great Times every time
- Coaching your team to ensure excellent service, perfect food, and a fun atmosphere for all our customers
- Keeping the restaurant looking fabulous and ensuring it aligns with our processes, policies, and guidelines
- Working closely with your team to create memorable experiences for our customers
