Role Overview

Based at a local service centre, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing all equipment within our range. Your tasks will include identifying and documenting machine damage, as well as keeping accurate and detailed service and maintenance records.
Working collaboratively with your team, you’ll take pride in maintaining high standards in the workplace and ensure all company procedures and processes are followed. You will also keep your Line Manager and customers informed as needed, communicating effectively at all times.

To excel in the Fitter role, you will bring the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience in maintaining plant and tools
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues
- Flexible and self-motivated, with a strong desire to embrace new training opportunities (which may require occasional travel away from home)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
- Strong organizational skills, with great attention to detail and accuracy
