Our client is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join their team in Wisconsin! This role will involve leading all phases of project development, from client coordination and pre-design to final design, project management, and on-site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee electrical engineering projects, from initial concept through final delivery.
  • Lead electrical design development for diverse project types, with primary responsibility for the Wisconsin office.
  • Independently adapt engineering techniques and procedures to fit project needs.
  • Demonstrate expertise in consulting and construction practices (plan/spec, design/build, construction management).
  • Coordinate with city, state, and county officials, as well as other external agencies.
  • Solve complex problems related to design, materials, and coordination challenges.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, agencies, subcontractors, and design teams.
  • Prepare and organize electrical construction drawings, technical specifications, contract documents, and cost estimates.
  • Participate in contract bidding, administration, and on-site project management.
  • Conduct electrical systems analysis using power system analysis software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required (PE license preferred but not required).
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, with flexibility for various skill levels.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and power system analysis software (SKM/ETAP or similar).
