Our client is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join their team in Wisconsin! This role will involve leading all phases of project development, from client coordination and pre-design to final design, project management, and on-site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee electrical engineering projects, from initial concept through final delivery.
- Lead electrical design development for diverse project types, with primary responsibility for the Wisconsin office.
- Independently adapt engineering techniques and procedures to fit project needs.
- Demonstrate expertise in consulting and construction practices (plan/spec, design/build, construction management).
- Coordinate with city, state, and county officials, as well as other external agencies.
- Solve complex problems related to design, materials, and coordination challenges.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, agencies, subcontractors, and design teams.
- Prepare and organize electrical construction drawings, technical specifications, contract documents, and cost estimates.
- Participate in contract bidding, administration, and on-site project management.
- Conduct electrical systems analysis using power system analysis software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required (PE license preferred but not required).
- 3+ years of relevant experience, with flexibility for various skill levels.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and power system analysis software (SKM/ETAP or similar).
