What’s Involved?

As a Store Manager, you’ll be centre stage of our Dorking showroom, helping customers bring their dream kitchens to life while building a team that’s motivated to succeed together.

Our store managers come from all walks of life, and that’s what makes us unique. We’re looking for that perfect blend of creativity, leadership, and a solid sales background – ideally with retail management experience. So, If you’re someone who can energise a team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive growth, you’ll fit right in.

In this role, you’ll have the freedom to lead your showroom like it’s your own business, ensuring our customers enjoy outstanding service from start to finish. From boosting performance to driving sales, you’ll play a pivotal role in our success story. And we’re dedicated to investing in you – with training designed to accelerate your leadership skills and develop your design expertise, we’ll set you up for a rewarding career journey.   • Previous experience in the retail industry leading a team.
  • A proven track record in sales with exceptional customer service skills.

  • A creative mindset and the flexibility to mix things up with varied working hours.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
