WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?
- Identify and report technical faults on ANPR cameras, kiosks, and barriers across the UK & Ireland.
- Coordinate deployment of equipment for installation and maintenance teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams regarding client expectations and KPIs.
- Manage installation requirements and keep all parties informed.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, fault reporting, and engineer dispatch.
Who We’re Looking For
- Computer literate to an intermediate level.
- Able to work weekends on a pro rata basis (every 1 in 3).
- Strong communication and trouble shooting skills.
- Multi tasker with the ability to prioritise workload to deliver to customer expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated.
