Elevation HR are supporting a business services organisation to recruit a HR Shared Services Manager. The role will be responsible for managing and optimising the delivery of HR services, with a strong focus on system implementation and process improvement. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a focus on enhancing employee experience through streamlined HR processes and effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HR Services team to deliver high-quality HR support.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee data management, benefits administration, and HR systems.
  • Drive system implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of new HR technologies.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations, company policies, and best practices.
  • Act as a key point of contact for escalated HR queries and issues.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to support strategic HR initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on service delivery metrics and performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation within HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • CIPD Qualified ideally level 7
  • Proven experience in HR services leadership roles with a focus on system implementation and process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Experience managing HRIS and leading technology implementation projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related technologies.
