Our social care community services include; Reablement & Shared Lives Scheme (formerly Adult Placement Scheme). We currently deliver health and social care services on behalf of the Kingston Clinical Commissioning Group, other NHS organisations and local authorities.
Main duties of the job

The Clinical Support Worker will undertake a variety of tasks, including providing flexible cover to the wards across Cedars Unit, assisting with all aspects of personal care following patients care plans, undertaking patient observations such as blood pressure, temperature and pulse and recording on computerised system.

You will assist with supporting patients with eating and drinking when required and serve meals and snacks, providing direct patient care under the supervision of a trained nurse and assisting patients with their rehabilitation goals with supervision of a trained nurse.

The Clinical Support Worker will work as part of our bank of staff and is a valued member of the nursing team providing direct patient care under the supervision of a trained nurse. The Support Worker provides personal care to patients including help with washing, dressing and feeding and also assists patients to meet their rehabilitation goals.
