The Videographer / Creative Opportunity:

This would be the perfect role for someone who is a highly creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong grasp of video production, storytelling, and editing for performance-driven campaigns.
You will have creative scope to make the role your own, developing original concepts for video ads and marketing campaigns, ensuring our clients’ creative stands out in a competitive market.
What your day looks like – you know the drill…
Day-to-day activity will vary depending on the requirements of our clients, but will include:
+ Creating compelling ad creatives for our clients in the home, garden, and lifestyle sectors across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
+ Developing engaging video content that aligns with our client’s campaign goals, brand messaging, and audience insights
+ Overseeing video projects from initial concept and storyboarding to production, post-production, and optimisation
+ Collaborating with the creative and paid media teams to develop ad creative strategies that align with our client’s campaign objectives
+ Editing video content to an excellent standard, ensuring each piece is optimised for its intended platform and audience
+ Experimenting with creative techniques, trends, and formats to enhance ad performance.
+ Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in video advertising
About You:
+ Proven experience creating video content specifically for paid media campaigns (social ads, display, YouTube pre-roll, etc.) for clients
+ Strong storytelling and visual composition skills
+ Proficiency in video editing using Davinci Resolve
+ Experience with sound design, motion graphics, and colour grading
+ A keen understanding of platform-specific requirements for social media and ad platforms
+ Strong eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality content quickly
+ Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients
+ A creative portfolio showcasing original ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions
Desired:
+ Experience working within home, garden, or lifestyle sectors is a plus
+ Background in videography, motion design, or marketing is desirable
+ Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including audience targeting and creative testing
+ Ability to shoot high-quality video content using professional camera equipment
