Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED).

• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience performing tig/spot, seam, torch, silver brazing, or component welding activities.

• Must be or recently been NADCAP certified

• Prior experience working within a manufacturing and/or assembly related industry is required.

• Must have basic math skills.

• Must have working knowledge and experience using measuring equipment (i.e. calipers, height stands, etc.)

• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, job sheets, and written work instructions.

• Demonstrate excellent mechanical skills and abilities.

  • This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected
  • person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization,
  • including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency.

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: ***NADCAP Certified Welder***

Set-up and operate all equipment for welding operations.

a. Perform tig/spot welding on metal parts

b. Weld small metal components.

• Complete all necessary paperwork as required including scorecards, hazard recognitions, routers and data, Follower Tags, ATP, etc.

• Produce and measure product to ensure compliance to blueprint and work instruction

specifications.

• Interface with other departments as needed to solve problems and maintain a smooth

workflow.

• Communicate ideas, problems, and concerns to management.

• Use all measuring equipment (i.e. calipers, height stands, bubble point machine, etc.).

• Continuously seeks opportunities to improve processes and procedure and communicates to

management.
