Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire Road Freight Operations process from start to finish.
- Dealing with European and Domestic Road Freight shipments.
- Quote and price shipments, ensuring the best rates are secured.
- Liaise with shippers, hauliers, and carriers to manage the transport process.
- Manage key accounts, handling everything from booking to delivery.
- Arrange timely and accurate documentation for shipments.
- Complete customs documentation as required.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring all inquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with a leading freight forwarder.
- Comprehensive understanding of the transport process from start to finish.
- Ability to collaborate with customers to provide the best possible service.
