Leading Global Freight and Logistics Company who are looking for either an Air or Ocean Export Coordinator, lots of progression and a company who has an excellent reputation for staff retention and development!
Offer:
- Monday to Friday 1000hrs – 1830hrs
- Remote/ Hybrid working
- £26,000 – £32,000 plus bonuses, annual review
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and action email boxes and respond in a timely manner
- Arranging collection from vendors
- Utilising in house system to produce shipping documentation i.e. MAWB , HAWB, BOL
- Preparation of export entries in accordance with UK HMRC regulations
- Post flights
- Job file invoicing/ Cost control
- Ensure all queries and complaints are investigated and responded to promptly , both from external and internal customers / suppliers
- Support sales and Customer Service Manager with customer visits as and when required.
