We are seeking candidates to fill the position of Full Time Accounting Clerk/Assistant in our St. Louis, Missouri office. Responsibilities

The Accounting Assistant will be assigned various duties which include reconciling several high volume escrow bank accounts, review and/or initiate high volumes of wire transfers, approve real estate contracts and earnest money escrow funds, record and transfer daily revenue, setting up title expense payments, and other various accounting duties.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will be hard working, detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills coupled with a strong work ethic. Experience working with title companies or in the mortgage industry is a plus, but we are willing to hire the right person at entry-level.

Associates degree or higher

Detailed oriented

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to meet deadlines and to adhere to departmental procedures

Demonstrate strong customer service abilities

Able to work Monday thru Friday

Pay commensurate with experience and skill level

The salary range for this role is $60,000-$75,000. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Illinois. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics. This range may be modified in the future.
