TRIA are supporting an F&B client who are seeking a Domain Architect who will play a key role in shaping the technology strategy for the Digital Sales & Marketing domain. In this role you will define and drive the technology roadmap for the Sales & Marketing domain, ensuring alignment with business goals. You will play a key role in eCommerce strategy, Headless/MACH architecture, and digital customer engagement, having a solid understanding of the digital selling processes, enabling scalable and future-proof solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Own the target architecture & roadmap for the Digital Sales & Marketing domain.

✔ Lead the transition to modern, scalable architectures (Headless, MACH, API-first).

✔ Drive eCommerce transformation, ensuring seamless digital customer. experiences(marketplaces etc).

✔ Collaborate with marketing, sales, and digital teams to align technology with commercial objectives.

✔ Design and oversee the implementation of CRM, digital marketing, and customer engagement solutions.

✔ Manage all Sales & Marketing designs.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Strong expertise in eCommerce platforms, Headless/MACH architecture, and omnichannel strategies.

🔹 Experience in Sales & Marketing technology landscapes (CRM, digital marketing, customer data platforms).

🔹 Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
