Role Description:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for a creative and results-driven professional with experience in digital advertising and data analysis. The specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns based on campaign KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage social media ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Google My Business.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid search campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms.
  • Optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Set up and track website pixels (Meta, Google, and others) for audience retargeting and performance measurement.
  • Analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
  • Create engaging content strategies to support digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, and performance marketing.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Proficiency in tracking pixels, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.
  • Experience working in an advertising or marketing agency is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
