The Role
Our client is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications and solutions that enhance business operations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions using industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
*MUST HOLD HR Certification in ServiceNow – Crucial.
✅ Lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions in line with business requirements.
✅ Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
✅ Work closely with ServiceNow Business Analysts to translate complex business needs into effective solutions.
✅ Ensure best practices, compliance, and optimisation across IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
✅ Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior developers.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
What We’re Looking For
🎯 Proven experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
🎯 Strong proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and Jelly.
🎯 Hands-on experience working with LDAP, Active Directory (AD), Single Sign-On (SSO), Email
Infrastructure, and Web Services.
🎯 Strong understanding of relational databases and integration concepts.
🎯 Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
🎯 Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
🎯 Experience with ITOM and Service Integration is highly desirable.
Additional Requirements
🔹 This role requires Security Check (SC) clearance. Candidates must have lived in the UK continuously for at least 5 years to be eligible.
🔹 This is a remote role (UK-wide), but occasional travel to client sites may be required.
