Position: Staff Ruby Engineer

Location: London Bridge Area (3 days a week in-office)

Salary: Up to £120,000 per annum

Role Overview: As a Staff Ruby Engineer, you will mentor a team of 3 developers and be part of a larger team of 12. You will work closely with the CTO and Head of Engineering to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3 developers.
  • Develop, test, and maintain Ruby applications.
  • Collaborate with the CTO and Head of Engineering on technical strategies.

The Tech stack includes:

Ruby, Rails, Hotwire, Turbo, Stimulus (open to other Frontend technologies), AWS, PostgreSQL, Terraform
