About Phoenix Exteriors LLC: Phoenix Exteriors, a family-owned business for over 20 years and based in the Chicagoland area, is a trusted name in roofing and exteriors, including siding, gutters, and windows. We are proud to be one of only two certified Tesla solar installers in Illinois, boasting an A rating on BBB and outstanding reviews on Angi and Google. We’ve recently launched our solar division and are looking to expand our team with dedicated Appointment Setters who share our commitment to sustainability and local community support.
Role Summary: As an outside sales representative, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers, helping them understand the benefits of switching to solar energy. This role requires someone who can thrive in the field, engaging with potential customers daily, and setting appointments for our Energy Specialists.
Compensation:
- Training Pay: $700/week for the first four weeks
- Commission Only
- Expected Yearly Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000
- Long-term Compensation Range: $120,000 – $200,000
- Performance-based compensation
- Bi-weekly Pay: Yes
Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential customers to schedule appointments.
- Log interactions and appointments accurately in our CRM system.
- Field role, spend 30-35 hours a week in the field, with 5-10 hours per week in office.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
- Coachable, hard-working, with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Physically able to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, standing for extended periods
