Our client, a ladies manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing customer requests for artwork in collaboration with the Design team, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Prepare swatches, cut materials, and create headers to assist the sales team.
- Compile detailed fabric sheets.
- Complete all necessary forms for customer approvals with an understanding of private label requirements.
- Conduct color matching reviews for all approvals before submission to customers.
- Assist in organizing materials for sales meetings, including gathering swatches and arranging for artwork or presentation board printing.
- Ensure the showroom is organized for meetings.
- Attend meetings with Sales as necessary.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a production or sales assistant in the Textile or Manufacturing industry.
- Degree in Fashion or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Effective administrative and problem-solving capabilities.
