Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 (Negotiable)
Eligible EAD: CPT-40, OPT, OPT-EXT, H1B, H4-EAD, L2S, GC.

Job description:
- Generate insightful analysis and visualizations suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Aid in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the organization’s data infrastructure and reporting environment.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing data-driven decision-making processes across the organization.
- Contribute to the enhancement and documentation of organizational data policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Perform external data reconciliation with regulatory affairs databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- A bachelor’s or undergraduate degree is required.
- Familiarity with programming languages like SQL, R, and Python, particularly in the banking and finance sectors,.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
- Strong leadership and planning skills, with the ability to navigate diverse business landscapes.
- Ability to develop effective networks with internal and external stakeholders.
- Preferred familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Competence in managing and utilizing large datasets, with an understanding of data processing and analysis workflows.
