About the job
Must Haves:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to understand technical drawings for packaging components.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
- Passion for sustainability.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the CPG industry.
- Familiarity with SAP Recipe Management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to the Value Transformation & Sustainability Team and Business Process Systems Team.
- Assist in external reporting on packaging usage and state fees.
- Improve packaging data accuracy by identifying and correcting inaccuracies in SAP Recipe Management.
- Create and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets for packaging specifications.
- Review and standardize Packaging Recipes and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Validate material types and weights through cross-referencing and sample weighing.
- Update the Lead Packaging Engineer on progress.
- Communicate with packaging engineers, BPS team, plant operations, and suppliers
