For this project you’ll work with FEMA and government officials to support the repair, replacement, and restoration of public infrastructure damaged by disasters, including roads, bridges, buildings, and utilities.
- Perform site assessments of disaster-damaged infrastructure
- Formulate cost estimates for restoration work
- Evaluate projects for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies
- Review construction drawings and change orders for large commercial facilities, roadways, and bridges
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations based on inspections and evaluations
- Validate damages and record detailed damage descriptions
