Preferred Qualifications For The Human Resources Manager

  • Degree in Human Resources preferred
  • At least four years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, with experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Thorough knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Advance Excel skills with pivot tables/vlookups
  • Proven ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Highly effective communication and leadership skills
