Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Mechanical Construction Project Manager with a background in large mechanical subcontractor projects. This role involves overseeing mechanical construction projects across multiple locations, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee mechanical construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Resolve issues, manage change orders, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management with large mechanical subcontractors.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
  • Ability to travel and manage multiple projects in different locations.
