Hybrid role in Johnston RI. Our client is looking for a senior Infrastructure Project Manager to work within the application development area to help product teams with infrastructure dependencies.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $75 – $85 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of infrastructure projects, from planning to implementation and maintenance.
- Ensure that the projects are completed on time and within budget, while also meeting the specific technical requirements.
- Lead the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects, including setting project goals and objectives, developing project plans, and coordinating with team members and stakeholders
- Manage project budget and resources, ensuring that all project activities are carried out within the allocated budget and resources
- Monitor and report on project progress, including tracking project milestones and deliverables, and providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate with technical teams and other stakeholders to ensure that the infrastructure design and implementation meets the technical requirements for application development and deployment
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Ensure that all project activities comply with company policies and regulations, as well as with industry standards and best practices
- Manage project documentation, including maintaining detailed project plans, reports, and other project-related documents
- Manage project team members, providing guidance and support as needed, and fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements to improve future projects
Experience Requirements:
- Proven ability to work with a broad base of Microsoft-centric technologies to assist with infrastructure dependencies for software development and deployment
- Network infrastructure

- 10+ years a functional project manager
- Agile methodology
- Driving distance to Rhode Island – will be hybrid remote and onsite
