About the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts. Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities to grow accounts by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to drive business development initiatives
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing issues, providing timely solutions, and delivering excellent customer service. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and feedback.
- Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to coordinate logistics solutions, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Ensure that all client requirements are met with efficiency and accuracy.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in logistics operations.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or escalations promptly, ensuring that solutions are implemented effectively to maintain client trust and satisfaction.
- Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring that all agreements are aligned with company policies and client expectations.
- Results: Achieve and exceed monthly sales margin and revenue expectations, ensuring customer service levels and KPIs are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, customer service, account management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, trends, and market information to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and goals
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
