Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Executive Chef/Managing Partner located in Brooklyn, NY. The role involves overseeing culinary operations, managing the kitchen staff, creating menus, ensuring food quality, and collaborating with management on strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in culinary management and fine dining
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Strong business acumen and experience in financial management
- Creativity in menu planning and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality dining experiences
- Culinary degree or relevant certification
