Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Materials Planner/Scheduler to fill an opening with a manufacturing company located in Sterling Heights, MI

Requirements of the Materials Planner/Scheduler

  • High school diploma or GED; College Degree preferred
  • 0-5 years experience
  • ERP/MRP System experience (QAD Preferred)
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to read, write and speak English

Responsibilities of the Materials Planner/Scheduler

  • Responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and customer service needs
  • Advocates for their deck to those responsible for scheduling
  • Manages vendor relationships
  • Manages customer service portals
  • Maintains a record of relevant data for planning and performance reports
  • Takes complete ownership of deck
  • Additional duties with similar responsibilities may be assigned as necessary
