Busy Physical Therapy Facility is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. Experience preferred but willing to work with the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Consult with patients
- Diagnose movement dysfunction
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Coach and teach patients therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition
- Use hands-on therapy to ease patients’ pain and provide stimulation to promote healing.
- Maintain patient records by tracking goals and progress while adapting treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing payer and accrediting requirements
- Advise patients on in-home treatment options and what to expect from the recovery process
- Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition
Qualifications:
- Experience in Orthopedics
- Medical Terminology a plus
- Communicate effectively
- Compassionate
- Detailed Oriented
- Time management skills
- Physical stamina
- Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
