Compensation:
- 63-69/ hour
- 10,000 Sign on bonus with required 1 year of service*
- To receive the full sign on bonus with no bill back penalty, 1 year of service with Custom Care Pharmacy is required from date of licensure
- Pay Rate and sign-on bonus to start on date of licensure
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Duties:
- Dispense medications and verify prescriptions
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
- Conduct medication reconciliation and provide drug information
- Administer immunizations and provide patient counseling
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret physician medication orders
- Verify medication orders in electronic MAR systems
- Evaluate multi-dose blister pack packaging reports for safety and accuracy
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
- Valid Pennsylvania state pharmacy license and immunization license
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Flexibility to commute to Sunbury, PA and/or Milton, PA
