About the job

We are seeking a talented General Manager for a beautiful full-service restaurant located near East Central South Dakota. This great concept serves trend-aware food, great drinks, and an amazing atmosphere! The restaurant is owned by a highly regarded management company with locations across the country and plans to open more. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Base Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 plus benefits, growth potential, and relocation-assistance.

General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management team and staff in providing a consistently outstanding guest experience
  • Ensure the business delivers on the brand promise while achieving the desired profitability
  • Engage business unit team with aligned community investment activities
  • Ensure the excellence of the service and hospitality provided by the entire team

General Manager Qualifications:

  • 2 + years of restaurant general manager experience
  • Commitment to embodying our culture and values – Integrity, excellence, hospitality, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent food and beverage knowledge, specifically in food, beer, wine and spirits
  • Strong knowledge of technology as it pertains to the restaurant industry
