About the role:
Independent concept. Owner is looking for “owner mentality” ,General Manager that can fast track into a Managing Partner role with equity potential! Person will have a tenured track record in a premium focused, full service restaurant, be comfortable in creating a collaborative culture of excellence for their staff & patrons, be creative and an “out of the box thinker” as well as be versed in all the bottom line responsibilities.
