We are seeking a seasoned and innovative Operation F&B Director to lead the development of 9 diverse cuisines for the Qatar market. The candidate ideally has a proven track record in any of these countries: Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, or Bahrain.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically oversee F&B operations for multi-cuisine concepts in high-end dining environments.
- Lead concept development for multi-cuisine dining experiences, ensuring innovation and creativity in every project.
- Lead innovative menu development tailored to market trends and customer preferences.
- Ensure operational excellence, meeting 4-star and 5-star hotel standards for quality and service.
- Collaborate with executive chefs and culinary teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Drive profitability through efficient cost management, waste reduction, and revenue optimization.
- Develop and implement creative F&B marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Mentor and inspire diverse teams, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of premium ingredients.
🎓 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have Strong experience in F&B operations.
- Proven expertise in menu development.
- Dynamic working experience in 4-star and 5-star hotels.
- Pre-opening experience is mandatory
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, culinary trends, and operational best practices.
- Project Development within the next five years.
