SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Business Analytics Engineer with advanced expertise in Power BI development, Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, and complex queries to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data, developing reports, creating automated workflows, and designing applications to improve business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive business decision-making, efficiency, and growth.

Duties
- Data Analysis & Reporting:Gather, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to create actionable insights.
- Develop advanced, visually appealing, and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices in data visualization and reporting.
- Automation & Process Improvement:Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop custom applications using Power Apps to support specific business needs, improving accessibility and data management.
- Excel & Query Development:Utilize advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and VBA scripting, to manage and analyze large datasets.Write and optimize complex queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources (e.g., SQL databases, cloud platforms).
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure seamless data integration, system functionality, and report accessibility.
- Documentation & Training:Document processes, workflows, and best practices for reporting, automation, and app development.
- Train end-users and business teams on how to effectively use reports, workflows, and applications you develop.
- Mathematical Modeling:Utilizing mathematical models for building forecast and capacity models. Developing predictive models to analyze trends and optimize operational processes.
- Performing data mining and statistical analysis to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business insights.
- Data Quality: Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the date pipeline.

90% noise and temperature-controlled office environment, 10% shop-floor production areas. Routine lifting, carrying and pushing up to 25 lbs. Must wear safety glasses and face-shield while working near or around grinders, polishers, bead-blasting, etc. Must wear hearing protection where required.
Tasks require walking, sitting, bending, reaching, mobility, frequent lifting and pushing/pulling. Work requires computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and data-entry), attention to detail and accuracy. Communication skills including listening and speaking are required for interaction with other employees, vendors, and customers. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to balance multiple tasks and any stress associated with the duties and responsibilities of this position are essential requirements in the performance of this job.
