We are seeking an Office Administrator responsible for supporting our customers and accounting team. This dynamic role involves managing customer service inquiries, processing orders, and handling essential accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and route customer inquiries via phone and email promptly.
- Process customer orders and ensure accuracy in billing and documentation.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
- Prepare and distribute financial and sales reports to stakeholders.
- Assist with inventory management and coordinate with the production team.
- Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and files.
- Assist with bank deposits, reconciliations, and ledger entries.
- Prepare basic reports and summaries for management.
- Maintain office supplies, files, and compliance records.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in office administration, customer service, or accounting.
- Fresh graduates with internships welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
