We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support executive leadership in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, managing priorities and dynamic schedules.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including multi-stop and international itineraries.
  • Craft and polish executive-level communications, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison with board members, investors, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and executing executive meetings, retreats, and special events.
  • Oversee expense reporting, budget tracking, and vendor coordination to streamline operations.
  • Lead special initiatives, including large-scale events and executive projects.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, high-level role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with expense reconciliation and vendor management.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in investor relations or private aviation is a plus.
