About the job

Silveri + Wilson, an estate planning, elder law, and real estate law firm is looking for a positive, hardworking, and self-motivated team player to join our Beverly, Massachusetts office. If you are looking for a company to help you develop professionally, and that truly values you, your ideas, and your desire to learn, you have found the right place. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent customer-relations skills in person, by phone and through email
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Superior computer skills and comfort with advanced technology
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greeting visitors/clients and answering phone calls
  • Clerical support including data entry and mailings
  • Coordinating appointments with clients
  • Maintaining the firm calendar
  • Handling client inquiries
